The Department of Corrections opens solitary confinement cells at Klong Prem Central Prison, explains detention guidelines and distributes daily necessities. Today (11 March 2025), Pol. Lt. Col. Chan Kanchanaphat, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Corrections, opened the cell of "Former Superintendent Joe" inside Klong Prem Central Prison, Zone 5. Today, "Former Superintendent Joe's" room is still blocked off to prevent anyone from entering so that forensic officers can collect additional evidence.
